Checkout information. When you buy a session or subscribe, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, and payment details. We do not see or store your full card number.

Scheduling information. When you book a session, Google Calendar collects your name, email, and the time you selected.

Website usage. Our site host, Squarespace, automatically collects standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) using cookies and similar technology.

Anything you send us directly, such as email replies or materials you choose to share.

3. HOW WE USE IT

To deliver the coaching session or Rundown you purchased. To send receipts, scheduling confirmations, and service-related emails. To improve the site and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

Only the service providers that make the business work: Stripe (payments), Google (scheduling and video calls), and Squarespace (website hosting). Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We do not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

5. COOKIES

Our site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics, standard on any Squarespace site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. DATA RETENTION

We keep records as needed to deliver the service and meet our tax and legal obligations, generally for as long as required by Florida and federal law.

You can unsubscribe from the Morning Rundown at any time using the link in every email. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, email us.

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18.
